Work in Germany. We are a fast-growing logistics startup that carries out deliveries across Germany using our own vehicles. In addition to delivery, we also organize product returns and provide efficient, reliable, and customer-oriented logistics.
To strengthen our team we are looking for an organized employee (m/f/d) in the back office who will plan transports, support drivers, and coordinate interactions with customers.
Your tasks
• Planning and organizing truck routes across Germany
• Preparing documents for drivers before departure
• Phone support for drivers during trips
• Coordinating delivery times with customers
• Receiving feedback from drivers after trips are completed
• Preparing receipts and documents for accounting
• Informing customers about the status of deliveries
• Supporting general office and administrative tasks
Your profile
• Excellent command of German and Russian (spoken and written)
• Basic skills with office programs (Email, Excel, Word)
• Organized and able to work in a structured manner
• Friendly and confident when communicating by phone
• Responsible and reliable
• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or office work is welcome but not required
